Your kindness, time, and dedication make such a difference in our school community. Thank you for being such a special part of South Walnut!

Good afternoon, I wanted to inform you that South Walnut Elementary experienced a ceiling leak in one of our hallways, caused by an issue with an AC unit. The situation was addressed promptly by our maintenance team and fully cleaned up within approximately 10 minutes. At no time were students in danger. Most students only heard the water and did not directly observe the situation. The issue has now been resolved, and maintenance is continuing to address the underlying cause to prevent any future concerns. Buenas tardes, Quería informarles que la escuela primaria South Walnut sufrió una gotera en el techo de uno de nuestros pasillos, causada por un problema con la unidad de aire acondicionado. Nuestro equipo de mantenimiento atendió la situación con prontitud y la limpió por completo en aproximadamente 10 minutos. En ningún momento los estudiantes corrieron peligro. La mayoría solo escuchó el agua y no presenció la situación directamente. El problema ya se ha resuelto y el equipo de mantenimiento continúa trabajando para solucionar la causa subyacente y prevenir futuros inconvenientes. Principal Crowton
